Hiring For Assistant Manager/Manager - AML/KYC and TMS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AML/KYC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Oversee transaction monitoring systems (TMS) to identify potential risks and suspicious transactions.
  
• Conduct due diligence reviews on new clients and maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities.
  
• Ensure effective team handling by leading a team of professionals responsible for anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), sanction screening, and other related tasks.
  
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, SAR regulations and their application in financial services.
  
• Excellent team management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  
• 6-11 years of experience in AML/KYC or TMS roles within investment banking/venture capital/private equity industries.
