Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Developer, Transaction (OTC) In this role, you will be responsible for General Ledger close activities like Processing journals, account reconciliations, trial balance review, reporting of unreconciled open items. You will work with customers/client in day to day operations wherein at times you may need to have telephonic conversations with them. Your role will function as an overlay of existing domain authorities and bring value through new thoughts/ways of doing work which can lead to operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities  •    Work in conjunction with the Credit Controllers and National Credit Controller to ensure effective and efficient collection and management of outstanding debt, including debt control issues for allocated clients/brokers with particular focus on reduction of the outstanding debt •    Management of allocated debtors to ensure overall debtor targets are met •    Outbound and Inbound contact through emails with brokers as required, passionate about Customer retention and collection of payments to clear outstanding premiums •    Timely and accurate processing and refunds within authority limit •    Ensure compliance with appropriate credit control policies and delegated authorities •    Timely processing of Broker BDX

Qualification we seek in you Minimum qualifications •    B.Com Graduate in commerce/finance stream, MBA finance Prefferred •    Communication should be A2+ and above

Preferred Skill Set •    Good working knowledge of Oracle General Ledger •    Accurate and timely processing of broker statements and policy reconciliations •    Understand and adhere to the Distribution service proposition for all customers and take action to ensure service agreements are able to be met or exceeded to ensure an outstanding, lean and efficient service experience to our customers
