Job Description
- Analyze on current and past delivery performance for errors, understand what is causing them and create actionable plans to reduce errors .
- Identify , prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement.
- Proactively review supplier performance and regularly identify suppliers to prioritize and engage with and review processes to improve accuracy of delivery information relayed to the customer .
- Engage with the suppliers, alongside procurement teams, in resolving OTIF delivery and accuracy of information coming in from the suppliers.
- Proactively monitor accuracy of information coming in from the supplier and take corrective action if short of expectations.
- Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and co-operative work stream planning
Minimum qualifications
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
- Rich experience with Angular & Python
- Good Understanding on UI framework
- Knowledge on jQuery and JavaScript
- Prior experience to demonstrate ability to analyze UI framework, analyze the patterns and draw actionable plans.
- Tech Savvy person with ability to learn and use new tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Able to challenge the status quo and drive for high performance along with strong collaborative and influencing skills
- Ability to operate within a global organization and to demonstrate cultural awareness
- Diversity and Inclusive aware
- Be a team player and drive for process automation through CI methodology and co-operative work stream planning skills
- Understanding on AWS
- Understanding on Data Engineering concepts will be added advantage
- Sound commercial and business acumen with a keen eye on internal and external global market factors and trends
