Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Java Technical Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Java Technical Delivery Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java programming, leadership skills, and experience in driving technical solutions while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for managing a team of developers, leading the technical strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of projects..

Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of Java-based applications, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the implementation of best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet functional and technical requirements.
Act as a liaison between development teams and other departments (e.g., QA, DevOps, Product Management).
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other areas for improvement in the codebase.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Monitor team progress, identify risks, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and adopt new tools and technologies when appropriate.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Certification in Java (Oracle Certified Professional) or any relevant certifications in cloud technologies, DevOps, or Agile methodologies.
