Process Associate/Process Developer – Voice Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by providing timely solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in an international call center environment.
• Strong communication skills for handling international voice processes (English language proficiency).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
