Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - M icrosoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support

In this role, you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate

Responsibilities:

• Development on Power platform for Enhancements

• Incident Management for issues to be reported

• Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)

• Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents

• Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary

• Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization

• Update incident management tool with required details

• Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required

• Work on Change requests during idle time

• Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains :

• Power Automate

• Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)

• Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page

• Type script, Java Script PowerBI , Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net , Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)

• Certifications

• Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon ( Badshahpur )

• 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Computer Applications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF

• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in IT / ITSM project

• MS Power Platform Certification
