Job Description
- Design and develop ServiceNow portal and mobile applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analy z e requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Develop custom workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize the responsive ServiceNow portal and mobile applications to align with business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- BE , B.Tech , MCA
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically in developing ServiceNow portal and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal, Mobile Studio, and Scripting
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive page designing.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, and web services.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and coding standard.
