Domain Trainee - Record To Report

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting- Statutory and Regulatory
Preparation of financial statements as per statutory guidelines and accounting standards like IFRS, US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards etc.
Preparation of files as per Regulatory guidelines (APRA submissions, FSL etc.)
Review of Journals Reconciliations performed by Ledger close team
Working on tools like Oracle, TM1 and CDM.
Regular communication with onshore counterpart via e-mail, instant messenger, and telephonic calls
All deliverables to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)- SLA Governance
Ensure 100% compliance and deadlines [List of responsibilities]
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
CA/CMA fresher
MBA/Mcom with relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong communication Both Written and Vocal
Strong analytical Accounting skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
High standard of integrity, strong self-confidence to state and support opinions
High energy, strong influencing skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Effective working knowledge of IT incl. Use of, Word, Excel, Power point
