In this role, we are inviting applications for the role of PMO with working experience in project management .

Responsibilities

• Self starter who is willing to work through ambiguity & take initiative to drive projects

• Successful working independently and/or as a part of a team in a global virtual environment.

• Strong project management skills with experience using process improvement

• Expertise in working with MS Office Tools Particularly PowerPoint & Excel

• Managing Project Deliverables repository across project tracks for billing & revenue

• Extremely strong Oral, written & interpersonal skills with ability to detail and plan & execute

• Project transactions, documentation, creating SOW, CRs/Extension request along with budgeting

• Keeping a track of timecards for T&M projects, billing & dispatch related activities

• Quick to adapt able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments

• Preparation on revenue/invoice sheet. Uploading invoices in Ariba/client portal

• Maintaining projection sheet & resource billability report.

• Weekly validation of Headcount (onsite/offshore)

• Recurring meetings for Ramp up/down. Relationship development & management at all levels

• Tracking gap in revenues/projections

• Attention to detail & willingness to flex based on priorities

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Q ualifications

• BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent

• Excellent system analysis skills

Preferred Q ualifications / Skills

• Experience working in project managment
