Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - ETL (extract, transform, and load) Testing

As a Senior Lead Consultant specializing in ETL testing, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within our clients systems. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to create insightful visualizations and reports that drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the accuracy and reliability of ETL processes.
Identify and analyze data discrepancies or anomalies and collaborate with development teams to address issues promptly.
Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts to streamline testing procedures and improve efficiency.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows to enhance data processing speed and scalability.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights through intuitive visualizations.
Implement best practices for data modelling, data cleansing, and data visualization.
Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in ETL testing, including designing test cases, executing test scripts, and analysing test results.
Strong proficiency for data manipulation and querying.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent are a plus.
