Greet and welcome visitors to the Fitness Experience Centre.Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help them choose suitable fitness products. Understand the requirements of the customer and suggest products accordingly.
Must be able to handle billing and POS software.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues or complaints. Maintain the inventory of products and update the requirements.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations at the store. Assist in organizing and promoting fitness events and activities. :Qualifications.
Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Candidates should possess a fit and youthful physique.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, and physically fit. Customer-focused with a passion for the fitness industry. Basic computer skills. Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.
Candidates must be well-groomed and not have any visible tattoos.
