Job Description
Genesis infoserve pvt. Ltd is looking for Inside Sale Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Pitch products/services to potential clients over the phone or through email
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are being met
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and achieve sales goals
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to generate new leads and promote the company
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use customer feedback to improve products and services
