Office Housekeeping & Pantry Assistant

Housekeeping Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness in the office, including workstations, meeting rooms and reception.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing office spaces daily.
• Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and bins are emptied regularly.
• Keep the office environment neat and organized at all times.

Pantry Management:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.
• Keep track of pantry supplies and inform the office coordinator when stock needs replenishment.
• Wash and maintain office utensils and crockery.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in arranging chairs and tables for meetings or company events.
• Ensure cleanliness of office furniture and equipment.
• Any other minor office assistance required by the management.
