Purpose of the role
Global Payroll Analyst role is demerged to Payroll Analyst role and Project management
This role will be performing activities which are relevant to Payroll related work Globally.
This includes data collation, compilation and creating various metrices and presentations for Sr. Leadership team
Vendor negotiation, vendor management, invoicing etc. would be part of this role
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data collation and MIS reporting:
Metric Reporting Dashboard- Monthly/Quarterly
Tracking and reporting of payroll KPI s
Communicate to key HR partners country status reports
Ticket resolution management tracking open items, ensuring actions and timelines are adhered
Dashboard , Tableau and Automation- Refinement
Data Clean up- CC - HWP Payroll CC reconciliation
Payroll Closure Codes -Refinement in SN
Annual payroll calendar
Identify opportunities to reduce vendor costs and work with markets to standardize processes, increase efficiency resulting in possible HMM savings
Vendor management
Supporting and co-managing payroll vendor relationships including - Participating in local, regional and global meetings
Vendor Performance Tracking-Country wise
Vendor invoice tracking and cost Analysis - Reporting, identify opportunities to reduce operational cost
Vendor negotiations, Contract renewals/Track ROI etc
ADP invoice processing- Global Streamline
Access governance for ADP
Compliance
Support in tracking country legislative changes - Communicating requirements to local HR/global payroll partners
Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
Identifying efficiency opportunities and leading efforts (continuous improvement) to standardize processes around the globe
Support in monitoring and governance of Payroll Service Excellence framework and Annual Review SPOC wrt Improvisation, assesments, role charters etc
PECI connector
Annual SEF review (Validation and Updation)
Chapter 8 improvements (SEF)(Year round)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Minimum years of related experience required: 4-5 years data management and reporting Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Major Area of Study: Global University degree preferred
Preferred years of related experience: 4-5 years customer service experience preferred
