Location-Powai
5days week working from office
Role: Office Administrator
(Contractual)-1 year renewable contract
Role Responsibilities:
Co-ordination of goods & logistics with relevant vendors and facilities staff
Maintain documentation, disbursement of inventory
Respond to queries and requests for information related to the inventory, plans of events
Expense tracking
End to end execution of the purchase order related mechanisms
Partner with management and leadership teams to bring seamless execution of the logistics and supplies
Co-ordinate critical business processes as per definition
Must - Have Skills And Experiences
Bachelors degree from a full-time university/ college
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks & manage
multiple stakeholders
Strong customer service focus
Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications and a
willingness to learn other systems as needed
Good to have aspects
Administration skills
Ability to work independently as well as with others ensuring execution
excellence.
Fine verbal and written communication skills inclusive of appropriate customer
centricity
