Job Description
- Business development, team management, retail sales,institutional sales etc. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Oversee all sales activities, including business development, account management, and customer relationship management.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate and close major deals with key clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
