Generic Engineering Construction and Projects is looking for GM / AGM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.General Manager (GM) : Overall Leadership : Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for a department, division, or entire organization. Business Operations : Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives to drive business growth and success. Financial Management : Manage budgets, financial resources, and financial performance to achieve profitability and cost control targets. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve department or company objectives. Performance Evaluation : Monitor and assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets. Decision-Making : Make critical decisions on issues such as resource allocation, investments, and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, employees, and investors. Risk Management : Identify and manage risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity. Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. Assistant General Manager (AGM) : Support to GM : Assist the General Manager in carrying out their duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Team Supervision : Supervise and manage specific teams, departments, or functions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals. Project Management : Lead and oversee key projects and initiatives, working closely with team members to achieve project objectives. Decision Support : Provide the GM with data, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate departmental or functional performance, identifying areas for improvement. Interim Leadership : In the absence of the GM, the AGM may assume some of their responsibilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
