Purpose/Objective

A leading energy company is seeking a highly experienced BMS Head to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the battery industry with expertise in setting up and leading BMS/EMS development teams, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability of BMS for BESS applications. They should possess in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system design of BMS primarily for BESS application and have successfully deployed or executed cloud-based BMS and EMS applications and functions

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Set up and lead the BMS/EMS development team to ensure safety, quality, and reliability of BMS for BESS applications - Provide expertise in software, hardware, and system design of BMS primarily for BESS application - Deploy or execute cloud-based BMS and EMS applications and functions

Technical Competencies

experience in Program Management,Experience in Product Development Lifecycle,Developing Strategic solutions (Hardware & Software) in BESS,Knowledge in BESS components, Containers, PCS (Inverters),etc.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
