Gokaldas Exports - Deputy General Manager - Human Resources Shared Services (15-18 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure efficient HR processes and compliance with legal requirements.

- Responsible for complete HRSS function, which includes HR Operations, Payroll Management & HRMS

- Spearhead, guide and mentor HRSS team

- Proactively leading HR initiatives and collaborating with other departments and stakeholders

- Lead Payroll process, Audits, employee life-cycle transactions across organization

- Improve TAT on all transactions

- Adhere to Statutory compliance

- Define and administer SOPs on related processes

- Understanding the organization's goals and aligning HR practices accordingly.

- Data analysis using HR data to provide strategic recommendations

- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Implementation of systems - HRMS, Payroll system, compliance, documentation, etc

Pre-requisites in Candidate : -

- Proven experience in HRSS role, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expert in Excel, MIS, HR Analytics, must have worked on HR Data and Payroll data extensively

- Exposure in handling and conducting Audit

- Experience in handling Pay revisions, Performance Management activities end to end
