Research Officer/ Field Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of agricultural projects including crop growth and Yield attributes.  
• Identification of plant diseases and pest control measures and adoption of recommended practices. 
• Visit to Project site and collection of different growth parameters.  
• Worker Management skills   
• Data collection and compilation of data related to agronomic projects. 
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. 
• Identify challenges, risks, and potential solutions, and make recommendations for program improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Agronomist- Research and development in product - Competent in field trial
