Position Summary : Senior Mongo DB Developer (7+ Years Experience).

We are looking for a talented MongoDB Developer who has extensive experience working with MongoDB Atlas, including the aggregation pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NoSQL database structures and be adept at developing and optimizing complex queries and data processing operations.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and maintain MongoDB databases with a focus on MongoDB Atlas.

- Work extensively with the MongoDB aggregation pipeline to create and manage complex data transformations and analyses.

- Optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

- Collaborate with other developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.

- Implement and maintain best practices for database development, including security and data integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.

- Document database structures, procedures, and processes for internal use.

- Stay informed on the latest MongoDB features and industry best practices.

Experience and Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as a MongoDB Developer with proven experience in MongoDB Atlas.

- Strong expertise in MongoDB aggregation pipeline.

- Proficiency in designing and managing NoSQL data models.

- Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization.

- Experience with database security practices and access control mechanisms.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience with additional NoSQL databases (e.g, Cassandra, Couchbase).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g, Python, JavaScript) for data handling.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools or BI platforms is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or master's in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
