Requirement: Management Representative / Technical Assistant - QMS

Experience: 4+ Years

Education: BE/ Diploma (Civil) - Preferred - BE/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Exposure to Construction quality management

CTC: Best as per industry standards

Requirement Type: HO Base

Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Ensuring that the organization's quality management system (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Communicating the organization's quality policy and objectives to all stakeholders and ensuring that they are understood and adhered to.
• Identifying and reporting on the performance of the QMS, including any areas that require improvement, and making recommendations for corrective action.
• Ensuring that internal audits of the QMS are conducted and that the results are reported to management.
• Ensuring conduct of management review of the QMS and providing input on any necessary changes or improvements.
• Representing the organization during external audits and ensuring that all requirements are met.
• Identifying and managing risks that could impact the QMS or the organization's ability to meet customer requirements.
• Providing training and support to employees on the QMS and quality management principles.
• Exposure to Construction quality management
• Experience as internal auditor.
• Lead auditor is desirably but not a must.
• Must have Good communication skill
