Quality Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct external and internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Plan and schedule individual audits, coordinating all related activities.
• Understand and prepare SOPs specifically for Operations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Standardize procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring consistency across the organization.
• Foster uniformity in procedures across all departments within Emerald Jewel Industry.
• Create engaging video SOPs to facilitate employee training and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate and prepare for external audits, including IMS and Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC) audits.
