Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital is seeking an HR Executive.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to support our hiring processes. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and interview results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
