Job Description

Position :Senior Manager HR Business Partner

Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital

Udaipur


Responsibilities:


  • Performance Management Systems (PMS):
    • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of performance management systems tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes, goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, and offboarding processes, to ensure the timely acquisition and retention of qualified healthcare professionals.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, labor laws, and accreditation standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.
  • HR Management Information Systems (MIS):
    • Utilize HR MIS to analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics, generating insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
    • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key HR metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Oversee payroll administration processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and optimize payroll processing workflows.
  • Employee Experience and Culture:
    • Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture within Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
    • Implement employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive change.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR team, encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
