Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager having a strong understanding of the real estate market, sales strategies, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Someone who believes in rapid growth, is super ambitious and is a go-getter. This role requires leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively oversee sales activities and ensure the achievement of company goals.


NOTE: Salary is commission based. Candidates from Lucknow, Gurgaon and Delhi shall only apply to this job position.


  • Role: Real Estate Sales Manager
  • Location: Remote (Require weekly visits in office for target discussion)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Oversee high-value transactions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust sales tactics and recommend new business opportunities.
  • Monitor day-to-day sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Assist in complex negotiations and help close deals. Act as the point of contact for escalated sales issues and provide solutions to ensure successful transactions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to forecast trends, adjust strategies, and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in same domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate sales.
  • A network of industry contacts (brokers, clients, investors) in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR
