Geek Master Digital Services is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurugram. This is an in-office, permanent position for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating stunning visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging designs across various platforms while contributing fresh ideas and taking ownership of the graphic design process.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver visually impactful designs, including social media posts, website graphics and elements, and ad copies.
• Design and implement motion graphics for videos, ads, and other multimedia content to enhance visual storytelling.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and implement them in your work to create graphics that resonate with the target audience.
• Research and gather inspiration to design innovative and audience-relevant graphics.
• Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva to produce high-quality visuals.
• Apply a strong knowledge of color theory to enhance designs' aesthetic and emotional appeal.
• Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
• Manage multiple client projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Take ownership of graphic design projects, ensuring responsibility and accountability from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media content creation.
• Be open to learning and acquiring new skills to grow professionally.
• Edit and shoot videos for campaigns as needed (a plus).
• Working knowledge and experience in Figma is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in social media graphics, website elements, and ad designs.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trending graphics and the ability to incorporate them effectively.
• Strong research skills to find inspiration and create designs tailored to the audience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects for various clients simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of design tasks and drive them to completion.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills to keep pace with industry changes.
• Video editing and shooting experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in design.
• Demonstrable creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to evolving project requirements.
