Required Skillsets for Lead role :

1. Should have relevant experience of 6-10 years
2. Python programming experience 5+ years
3. Django (python web framework) experience 1+ years
4. Flask/FastAPI (API development) experience 1+ years

5. Pgsql database experience 1.5+ years

6. Machine learning (ML)/NLP experience 2+ years

7. Knowledge of ML model/Python App deployment on Azure/AWS : 1+ years

8. Good to have knowledge of OCR/Tesseract

9. Good to have knowledge of LLM/BERT/GenAI

10. Good to have knowledge of Celery for queuing
