Drive lean projects on Logistics cost reduction: Optimization and consolidation etc..

Candidate Profile

Education/Training & Industry Domain

Education / Skills:

Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Production & Industrial Engineering from reputed Institute
MTech or ME or MBA in Manufacturing/Operations (will be an added advantage)
Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from reputed international body

Professional Experience

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, World Class Manufacturing from Auto or Heavy Engineering Industry
Demonstrated skills on VSM, 7s, Kaizens, Kanban and A3 Strategic Thinking implementation
Hands on experience in ERP & Excel Macro skills
Analytic & synthesis skill
Communication skills
Problem Solving skills: Mandatory: 5Why, RCA, 8D, PDCA, etc
Organizational & time management skills
Solid experience of working in multi-functional teams and large-scale projects
Strong emotional intelligence and relationship building ability
Solid communication, presentation, facilitation, and discussion skills
Highly organized and able to remain flexible to the changing business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly data-driven and process orientated
Self-motivated/ Go getter/ Self Driven/ Needs minimum supervision
