Role & responsibilities
Lead HR Specialist IR is responsible for Employee relations & grievance redressal, compliance with labor laws, union management & negotiations, Industrial disputes prevention and management, employee welfare & engagement activities in one of our plants ins Bangalore.
Preferred candidate profile:
A candidate with an MSW or MBA degree , with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience. strong knowledge of statutory and labor laws. Candidate should have prior experience in Employee relations & grievance redressal, compliance with labor laws, union management & negotiations, Industrial disputes prevention and management, employee welfare & engagement activities, from a manufacturing domain.
