• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Manage payroll, performance appraisals, and employee benefits.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations effectively.
