Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Maximum of 3 years of US IT Recruitment Experience
• Experienced with sourcing resumes from job boards
• Experience sourcing passive candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills in English
• Ability to speak to US Citizens for various job opportunities.
• Candidate should have knowledge and Handling with the State Clients.
