Staff Nurse

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, monitor patient vitals, and assess conditions.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per the doctors orders and protocols.
• Wound Care: Perform wound care, dressings, and other necessary procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other medical staff such as physicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, procedures, medication, and post-care plans.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergency situations and assist with resuscitation efforts when needed.
• Monitoring: Observe and monitor patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the medical team.
• Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the patient’s health and comfort, ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, typically requiring a Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Licensing: Must be licensed and registered with the nursing board in the relevant country or region.
• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
