Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- T he Network Support Engineer is responsible forthe maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructurewithin an organization.
- This includes monitoring network performance,ensuring the reliability of connections, and resolving technical issues relatedto local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet services.
- The role requires a strong understanding ofnetworking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware(routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts,including LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting networkconnectivity issues, including analyzing network traffic.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and bestpractices (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and remotenetwork management.
We will need profiles with telecomarchitecture / infrastructure experience along with regular networkingsupport.
