Job Summary
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using .NET technologies. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the architectural decisions and ensuring the best engineering practices are upheld throughout the software development life cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise in best practices and cutting-edge development techniques. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you navigate complex technical challenges and drive innovation within the team. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the team.
Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and development tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development.
Strong knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
