Architectural Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Developing concept design on the basis of project requirement.
• Create mood boards to sample your design vision.
• Preparing interior designs of residential & Commercial Projects.
• Drawings for execution.
• Creative and Innovative Concepts
• Deliver detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
• Manage the project and coordinate with contractors.
• Take control of the project from start to end.
• Ensure that the project is running on time and to the budget.
• Regular site visits to check on the progress.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in Auto CAD (2D & 3D), 3D Max, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Photo Shop, and other design program.
• Must have experience in Designing field.
• Exposure to Residential & Commercial Projects is mandatory.
• 2+ years experience in handling multiple projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
• Should be self-motivated, hardworking and passionate about work.
