Lab Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Lab Setup & Maintenance: Prepare, set up, and maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, manage chemical inventories, and oversee proper waste disposal.
• Support During Sessions: Assist teachers and students during lab sessions, ensuring correct and safe use of all equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• B.Sc., M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience working in a school laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of safety standards and laboratory best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
