Role & responsibilities
Location Identification:
Scout and identify potential new store locations in target markets, evaluating site viability and
market potential.
- Collaboration with Interiors Team:
Work closely with the interior design team and contractors to ensure each store meets brand
guidelines, is visually appealing, and operationally efficient.
- Store Launch Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end process of getting new stores live, from site acquisition to store
launch. Ensure that the project is completed within the given timelines.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for new store launches. Ensure that all expenditures stay within
the allotted budget while maximizing store design quality.
- Store Design Improvement:
Continuously assess and suggest improvements to store designs that enhance both customer
experience and operational efficiency while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Vendor Management:
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and
installations, as well as quality workmanship.- Project Planning:
Create detailed project plans for each new store launch, clearly defining milestones, timelines,
and budgets, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Cost Optimization:
Identify ways to optimize costs without compromising on quality by finding new materials,
improving processes, or negotiating better vendor contracts.
- Compliance & Legal:
Ensure all new store openings are in compliance with local laws and regulations, including
permits, licenses, and health and safety standards.
Preferred candidate profile
2-3 years of experience in store expansion, retail operations, or project management,
preferably in the food and beverage industry
- A proven track record of successfully launching new store locations
