Billing and Estimation Engineer (Civil)- Male Only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and residential projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overheads.

2. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to produce accurate take-offs and estimates.

3. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular reports and forecasts.

4. Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports, financial analyses, and project summaries.

5. Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and reporting requirements.

6. Develop precise cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.

7. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and material cost analysis.

8. Manage the billing process for ongoing projects, including progress payments and final settlements.

9. Address and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.

10. Use MS Excel to create detailed financial models, pivot tables, and charts for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

3. Strong understanding of construction costs, pricing, and financial management.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
