• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Performing regular financial analysis and reporting to the Accounts Manager.
• Recording Purchase and Expense invoices and purchase orders
• Bank co-ordination and reconciliation
• Creating Suppliers statements and reconciling payments.
• Generating monthly management reports and analyzing key data to help the team make informed decisions.
• Communicating with vendors or other customers involved in the accounting process to ensure timely and accurate payments and reconciliations.
• Conducting research and ensuring compliance with any relevant accounting standards and principles, as well as company policies and procedures.
