Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market conditions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Design strategic sales plans to target high-potential markets and optimize sales efforts across regions.
- Create sales forecasts, set targets, and track performance metrics to measure the success of sales strategies.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Evaluate competitors' offerings, identify gaps in the market, and recommend strategic actions.
- Monitor and analyze market developments and propose new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to translate strategic goals into actionable sales plans.
- Provide the sales team with key insights, sales tools, and resources to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and nurture high-value leads, creating a clear path to successful conversion.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales team, improving their selling techniques and overall performance.
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Work with the sales team to tailor sales strategies and presentations to specific client needs.
- Act as a point of contact for high-level client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with company goals.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.
- Use CRM systems and other sales tools to track and monitor sales performance, pipeline, and deal progress.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
- Work closely with product management to understand product offerings and ensure they are effectively communicated to clients.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies and contract negotiations align with the company's financial objectives.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in the current strategy.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics, market changes, and feedback from the sales team.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline development to ensure a steady stream of new business opportunities.
- Identify key industries and verticals for growth and prioritize sales activities based on the potential for success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies that lead to measurable growth.
- Experience working with CRM tools and data analytics to drive sales performance and decision-making.
- Strong experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience in working across multiple sales channels (B2B, B2C, e-commerce) is a plus.
