Our Senior Consultants/Managers:
Support or lead complex programmes with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team
Lead workstreams or small projects, owning and shaping the intellectual content within key deliverables
Develop leadership and coaching capabilities
Have experience in core transformation with expertise in digital and data, customer experience, op model, culture and change management, sustainability consulting, transformation leadership etc
Take part in some business development activities to develop accounts build entrepreneurial skills
What youll bring:
From 6 years within consulting, gained in a recognised management consulting business and perhaps inhouse consulting roles delivering projects that align with the propositions at Gate One
Capability depth and breadth, with experience in digital and data, customer experience, target operating model, culture and change management, sustainability consulting etc
Emerging talent aspiration to develop your leadership and coaching skills.
