Established in 2022, Gasonet Services Limited is developing an integrated CGD (City Gas Distribution) network to supply Clean Natural Gas to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Automotive sectors. The company aims to replace Non-Green energy sources with Clean and Green Natural Gas through robust infrastructure. Gasonet focuses on integrating global best practices in safety, processes, technology, and customer relationship management in City Gas Distribution across Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh in India.
Role Description:
- Gasonet is seeking a full-time Financial Controller based at our office in Noida.
- The Financial Controller will support the organization's financial management processes, including monitoring and reporting on economic performance, developing financial models, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Work Experience - 5 to 7 years.
- The scope of the job is to manage & lead the Accounts and Finance team, aiming to fulfill the Finalizations of Accounts, Timely Compliance, Audit and Control, and Audit Support.
- Cost Benefit Analysis, Project Margin Analysis, and Financial Evaluation of Projects and O&M.
- End Results.
- Major Activities.
- Receivables & Payables (including Billing of vendors and billing to customers).
- Revenue assurance (monitoring collections).
- Budgeting, MIS & Cost analysis.
- Cost Benefit Analysis + Project Margin Analysis.
- Monthly MIS.
- Budgeting (Capex & Opex).
- Financial Dashboard.
- Cross Functional Support + Coordination with Other Departments.
- Financial Evaluation of Projects & O&M.
Statutory Compliances:
- Legal and Statutory Compliance.
- Statutory payments.
- Banking operation and Lander Compliances.
- LC/BG.
- Account Payable and Account Receivable.
- Timely payment to vendors/ Suppliers.
- Reporting ideal fund utilization.
- Coordination with the billing team for the collection plan.
- Coordinate with Project and SCM for execution plan.
- Process-People Improvement and Team Building.
- Understand and improve the excellence in processes for each activity in terms of following guidelines/checklists.
- Skill development of each team member and ensuring that they can complete the activities independently.
- Self Development, Knowledge Building, and sharing, using, and Imparting technical and personality development training to the team.
- Ensuring cross-functional activities within the team to avoid dependencies.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
