Sales Analyst

The Sales and MIS Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analysing sales and business data. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, developing meaningful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making by identifying trends and opportunities within sales operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from various sources
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
• Design and implement tools for data visualization and reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Identify target markets and develop targeted sales development plans to penetrate new accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S).
  
• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data visualization and presentation tools
