Job Description
- Execute secondary research projects and deliver to internal Gartner analysts
- Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques
- Apply relevant domain knowledge and provide original analysis. Present the findings in a logical manner as well as formulate hypotheses
- Report the findings in the form of a structured report or a pre-defined framework
- Interact with the stakeholders and the project manager on a regular basis to keep updated on the progress and raise flag whenever required in a precise manner
- Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables
- Actively participate in formal and in-formal knowledge sharing sessions, including Research Communities

- A go-getter who tackles business and technical challenges head on, with a research inclination
- Someone who values new environments and is sensitive to intercultural aspects while working in an international set-up.
- Passionate about learning - You thrive on complex technical assignments and are always eager to learn the latest tools, technologies and techniques.
What you will need:
- Management graduates preferably with 0-3 years of experience. Candidates with technical background or experience in IT industry .
- Eagerness to learn: Showing awareness of the major issues across the IT industry and eagerness to learn more
- Strong communication skills- verbal & written. Should structure all communication with meaning and flow with good command on English language
- Problem solving skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly PPT, Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of databases like Factiva, Capital IQ, One Source, etc.
