Description

Job Responsibilities

1. International Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement international marketing plans to promote the organization s healthcare services.

Conduct market research to identify target regions, patient demographics, and healthcare trends.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and content marketing, to engage global audiences.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and multilingual content.

Represent the organization at international healthcare conferences, trade shows, and expos.

2. Medical Tourism Development:

Build relationships with international medical tourism agencies, travel coordinators, and insurance companies.

Establish partnerships with international hospitals, clinics, and embassies.

Develop medical tourism packages, including treatment options, travel arrangements, and post-treatment care.

Ensure alignment of services with international patient needs, including cultural and language considerations.

3. Patient Experience & Coordination:

Oversee end-to-end patient journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and adherence to international quality standards.

Address language barriers by managing interpretation services and multilingual staff.

Manage visa assistance, travel coordination, and accommodations for international patients.

4. Business Development:

Identify and explore new international markets and opportunities for business growth.

Analyze ROI and performance metrics for international marketing initiatives.

Develop pricing strategies and financial plans for international patient services.

Provide insights into global market trends and competitor strategies.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
