Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 6+ years of experience to join our team in Kochi (onsite). If you have expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Configurations, this is a great opportunity for you!.

Role : Workday Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Onsite/Kochi.

Key Responsibilities :

- Workday Implementation and Configuration.

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, and Core Connectors.

- Configure and optimize Workday business processes and security settings.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Provide technical and functional support to resolve Workday-related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions.

- Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Qualifications :

- Any Bachelor's degree.

Experience :

Experience : 6+ years.

Technical Skills :

- Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).

- Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, PECI, Core Connectors).

- Workday Security & Reporting (Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports).

- Workday Business Processes & Configurations.

Certifications :

- Workday Certification is preferred.
