Position Title: Trainer

Location: Ganpat University, Mehsana, Gujarat

Overview:

Ganpat University has established a Centre of Excellence i.e. AAK-FCISI-GUNI Centre for Choco Bakery to promote skill development in bakery arts along with commercialization of products.

We seek a Trainer cum Baker with 3-5 years of experience and a degree in Hotel

Management or Food Science, who is passionate about baking and teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Train students in baking techniques and use of bakery equipment.
• Conduct practical sessions on breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the lab and bakery.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hotel Management, Food Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of bakery experience.
• Teaching skills and strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of bakery equipment and food safety standards.
