Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor in Pharmacy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in pharmacy courses.
  
• Conduct research and development activities related to pharmaceutical sciences.
  
• Develop curriculum for pharmacy programs and participate in academic planning.
  
• Mentor junior faculty members and graduate students on research projects.
  
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Pharma or PhD degree with 1-6 years of experience (for Assistant Professor),
• For Professor or Associate Professor PhD mandatory with 12-15 years experience .
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmacy practice management, quality assurance/quality control principles.
  
• Excellent teaching skills with ability to develop engaging lesson plans and assess student performance effectively.
  
• Strong research background with publications record in peer-reviewed journals; ability to secure external funding for research projects.
