Absolutely rotten culture of sycophancy, promoting unqualified chamchas. There is lack of insight and vision in the top management. They are just busy filling thier coffers

Respect from students. Feeling of making a difference in someone's life. This relates to job profile. Not to do with the overall toxic atmosphere

Dislikes

A professor has to do everything except teaching. No academic orientation. It's just a sales job. Blatant sycophancy and favoritism. All official transactions are in Gujarati, though they boast about being an international University. Leadership is syphoning the money of the pomoters.

WFH has not spared any hour, even Sundays are working. Meetings are arranged at any time. Even offline working was 12-14 hours.
